What type of protection will my product have?
All window and door product will come standard with foam corner protection and perimeter tape on panels. If you require glass protection film to be added to your items please contact us for a quote.
How will my product be delivered?
The standard way of delivering windows and doors is as a loose item. This means that your item will be delivered on a truck and each item is offloaded by hand. In most cases sliding doors and bifold doors will be delivered with the outer frame un-assembled for size weight reduction. If this is the case, the outer frame can be reassembled with simply 8-10 screws. To also reduce the handling and movement weight, in some cases oversized windows and doors with lowlights and multiple section configurations will be split at the frame junction and will have "clip together" adaptors where the product can simply be clipped together upon installation. Windows and doors can also be delivered on a pallet / Aframe if a fork lift is available for unloading. Please notify our staff if this is the case.
Will the items be delivered to the inside of my property?
Due to health, safety and insurance reasons all items are a curb side delivery only. Unfortunately we will not be able to assist getting your items inside, up stairs etc. Please ensure that you have adequate people and equipment available for your delivery. Please also ensure that there is a safe place for the delivery truck to stop and unload.
Can I pick up my items?
Yes, if the pick up option is available in the checkout for your location a pre-booked pick up can be arranged from one of our warehouses. Our staff will make contact after your order has been placed to confirm the details. Please note that pick up is not available in all locations. Please note due to health, safety and insurance reason we will be unable to assist with the loading of your vehicle. Ensure that you bring adequate straps and padding equipment for a safe and damage free transportation.
Shipping Lead Times
All ordered products with a lead time of more than 3 days cannot be refunded through the lead time and or manufacture period. Please note that lead times noted in the shipping section are an estimate only and can occasionally be delayed due to supplier and manufacturer delays. If lead times are extended beyond the lead time provided in the shipping section a refund request and order cancellation cannot be accepted.
